Children can usually begin online Quran classes from around four or five years of age, depending on their attention span and readiness to learn. Beginners commonly start with Noorani/Qaida to recognise Arabic letters, practise pronunciation and build a foundation for Quran reading. Al Hussam also provides Quran learning options for older children, teenagers and adults.
Lessons are taught live online 1-on-1, allowing the student and teacher to communicate in real time. Learners can join from a computer, tablet or phone with a stable internet connection. Regular classes are 30 minutes, and weekend classes are 45 minutes.
