COURSE OVERVIEW
Noorani Qaida is a beginner-friendly learning resource commonly used to introduce the Arabic letters and reading patterns needed for Quran recitation. It takes learners from recognising individual letters to reading joined letters, words and short Quranic phrases.
The course develops each skill gradually. Instead of asking beginners to read complete Quranic text immediately, learners first understand letter shapes, sounds, vowels and essential reading signs. This creates a clearer transition into Quran reading and introductory Tajweed.
At Al Hussam, lessons are adapted to the learner’s current ability. A child beginning with the Arabic alphabet and an adult returning to Quran study can follow the same foundation while progressing at an appropriate pace.

LEARNING EXPERIENCE
Online lessons give beginners an opportunity to read aloud, receive direct correction and practise each new concept before progressing.
The teacher identifies what the learner already recognises and selects an appropriate starting lesson.
New letters, sounds or reading signs are introduced through simple examples and teacher demonstration.
The learner reads aloud while the teacher listens, corrects mistakes and repeats difficult areas.
Once the learner demonstrates understanding, lessons move gradually towards connected words and Quran reading.
